            Therefore, both companies differ with respect to the operations and the processes. One company is non-profit and the other is for profit. One company is engaged in the delivery of services in the health care sector and the other is engaged in the food. Therefore, it can be said that the both companies are different in terms of their nature of work and the organizations processes and the operations. Both companies are working affectively, pursuing their goals, and achieving their strategic objectives.
