Health care financing:
This is the moral and ethical responsibility of the doctors and health care providers to provide services for those they are medically deserved. These doctors and practitioners have acquired education and medical degrees and certificates from the medical educational institutions. It is to be noted that majority of the schools of medicine as well as dentistry and the findings and the grants. Moreover, nursing as well as teaching hospitals are also provided with the level of grants. These funding and grants for the medical institutions are heavily subsidized and granted by the provision of the federal and state funds that are available for such institutions. Therefore, the medical professionals that have got education form these institutions, must have the obligation to pay back the taxpayers in terms of fulfilling their medical needs. They must know that the government has invested on them in terms of medical grants and they have to pay back in that regard.
The cross training is an important technique that is quite useful for the empowerment of medical staff. Through this technique, the medical personnel will be in position to perform multiple tasks. They will be in position to have less reliance on other personnel in medical treatments. The less dependency on medical staff is an important factor that will speed up the medical procedures and will improve the time efficient in medical treatment. The medical personnel will be in position to perform multiple medical tasks with limited support.
The profession of nursing is associated with the females. They are considered as more hospitalized as compare to the males. Health care financing:
The health insurance industry = Extra expenses on
Advances in medical care technology = Expensive technology and its use and maintenance
Changes in U.S. demographics = Increase in population and per head medical expenditure
Government support for health care = Expense on GDP for health care
Consumer expectations = Demand for expensive and advanced medical procedures
I don’t think both approaches are right. This is not right to necessarily leave some of the people who are not in position to get treated. The government must try their level best to provide health care to all of the people. Secondly, individual approach is also against the humanity. This means that those people who are in position to pay off the medical expenses are provided with the medical treatment the rest of the people will leave behind.
