Discuss their adjustment to higher education, to Cedar Crest College, to their intended major, any other majors they pursued or contemplated.  What study strategies do they find most useful, and why? What strategies have they found to be ineffective, and why? Discuss the obstacles that they encountered in college so far, and the techniques they used to overcome those obstacles.  How have their individual experiences benefited them? What are some goals they have set for themselves and in what positive ways are they working to achieve them?  Report on the specific techniques you used to facilitate a respectful interview, as well as the similarities and differences of their experience to your own experience.  Be prepared to discuss this interview in class via round table discussion.
